Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include all labels.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item within 2 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may ask for photos of the damaged items.
