At Deals Petal Inn Store, we take as much care in packaging your plants and seeds as we do in growing them. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t grow as planned. Our returns policy is designed to be as flexible as your gardening needs.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, seeds (including Annual Seeds and Annual Flower Mix) and live plants cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are issues.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include all labels.
  4. Ship your return to:

  5. Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item within 2 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and may ask for photos of the damaged items.
