We carefully prepare each order with the same attention we give our gardens:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. During peak seasons or extreme weather conditions, delivery times may be slightly extended to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges

While we take every precaution in packaging your gardening supplies, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is designed with your green thumb in mind.

Return Policy Details

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Important Exception: Due to their perishable nature, seeds (including Annual Seeds and Annual Flower Mix) and live plants cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please inspect these items immediately upon delivery.

How to Return an Item

  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack items securely in their original packaging with all labels included

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • For exchanges, replacement items ship within 2 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items
